Deviation of kindness

For the Fuorisalone 2024 edition, Ukrainian artist Aljoscha will present a site-specific installation at the renowned Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli, also known as the Church of Sant'Angelo, in the heart of historic Milan. This work will transform this place of worship, with nearly five hundred years of history connected to the followers of Saint Francis of Assisi, into a unique visual and sensory experience. It will create a striking dialogue between ancient and contemporary art. Aljoscha's installation, featuring biofuturistic elements that explore the relationship between biology and aesthetics, will enhance the beauty and sanctity of the church's space, adorned with refined decorations and baroque motifs. It will offer a new perspective on its history and architecture, inviting the audience to reflect on the connections between humanity, nature, and beauty. Additionally, Aljoscha's exhibition continues at Tempesta Gallery with the show “Mutative Transitions into Organic Utopia.”
